摘要

本文根据多功能按摩椅故障自动检测的要求,设计了一套基于神经网络模型的远程控制与故障检测系统。一方面,PC机通过Web远程控制IPC并进行数据分析;另一方面,IPC利用DataSocket技术将采集数据和反馈码无线传输到PC机。采用PLS-BP&PLS-RBF网络对初始数据进行训练,得到检测阈值。并通过对新数据的分析,计算出检测参数。当检测参数超过阈值时,会触发指示灯产生告警。该系统检测按摩椅的状态,确定故障发生的位置,达到智能自动检测的目的。
