Variables observed were number of nodule root, number of filled pods, dry weight of seed per plant, dry weight of seed per plot and dry weight of 100 seeds. 摘要

从数量和质量两方面提高大豆产量,继续通过推广和集约化来追求。在这一时期,施肥是有望显著提高大豆产量的栽培技术之一。本试验旨在研究施磷和接种根瘤菌对大豆生长和生产的影响。这项研究是在Jl。于2017年8月至11月在Deli Serdang sumata Utara进行磷肥(SP-36)处理(0、50、100、150 kg/ha)和根瘤菌接种处理(0、5、10 g/kg种子)。观察的变量为根瘤根数、饱满荚果数、单株种子干重、地块种子干重和100粒种子干重。结果表明:接种根瘤菌对有效根瘤数、填实荚果数、单株种子干重和块地种子干重均有显著影响(以接种5g/kg种子为最佳处理),而磷肥处理及其交互作用对各变量均无显著影响。
