This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research has several stages as follows: data collection, data reduction and drawing conclusions on research data. The research was conducted at the Indonesian Technocrat University. The research subjects were Students of the Mathematics Education Study Program 2021 Class A who were taking an online Statistics course. Based on the description of the research results, it can be concluded that the difficulties in the student learning process in Statistics courses which are carried out online are influenced by internal factors and external factors. Learning difficulties from internal factors include: difficulties in motivation and interest in learning and difficulties in understanding the material. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析学生在统计学课程在线学习过程中的困难。本研究采用描述性定性方法进行。描述性定性研究有以下几个阶段:数据收集、数据简化和对研究数据得出结论。这项研究是在印尼技术专家大学进行的。研究对象为正在在线学习统计学课程的数学教育学习项目2021 A班学生。根据对研究结果的描述,可以得出学生在统计学在线课程学习过程中遇到的困难受到内部因素和外部因素的影响。内部因素导致的学习困难包括:学习动机和兴趣方面的困难以及对材料的理解困难。受外部因素影响的学习困难,即:理解讲师解释的困难,学生拥有的信号困难和数据配额,使用学习应用程序的困难,拥有的设备有限,获得学习环境支持的困难。
