摘要:在无溶剂条件下,以水合肼、乙酰乙酸乙酯醛和巴比妥酸/二甲基巴比妥酸为原料,采用一锅四组分反应,制备了新型和已知的二氢吡唑[4′,3′:5,6]吡喃[2,3-d]嘧啶-5,7-二酮,催化剂为醋酸硅铵(SiO2-NH4OAc)。以二氧化硅为载体,在常温条件下制备了SiO2-NH4OAc。反应完成后,催化剂经过滤分离,重复使用。因此,回收系统,简单的加工,使用无毒材料,收率高,反应时间短,使我们的研究绿色和方便的制备这类有机化合物。
