This paper brings forward a method that building a component-based ATS fault diagnosis system based on AI-ESTATE to decouple the diagnosis from the test, and expatiates the key technologies for system realization. To achieve the portability and interactive operation of AI-ESTATE diagnosis system, the function of AI-ESTATE inference engine service is analyzed.
