In the article, the author considers the development of the mobilization economy in the era of hybrid wars. Particular attention is paid to the applied value of applying innovations in industry, robotics, and the high-tech sphere. Their specific features, strengths and weaknesses are shown through the prism of economic sanctions, the facts of their directed impact on the sovereignty of the state are revealed.
