EnglishAbstract: In this work we explore relationships between the personal and the impersonal through the figure of the reader and a subject characterized by desires and frustrations. Analyzing a series of affects, we propose that the appropriation of scientific texts works as a form of extimity. Cocina elaborates a poetic in which plagiarism responds to the need of breaking an immediate relationship between memory and expression. This way, Cocina blurs essencialist ways of belonging, articulating new relationships between community and subjectivity.
