摘要

目的:本研究旨在了解小学课程(创造性体验活动)中辅导活动课的运作状况,并探讨如何在课程中顺利运作辅导活动课。方法:对首尔市144名小学辅导员进行网络调查,并对8名学校辅导员、4名学校管理人员和5名小学教师进行两次焦点小组访谈。结果:分析结果显示,小学辅导活动课是1)帮助学生理解的活动;2)咨询活动课多为讲座式授课,给专业咨询师带来负担,难以“咨询”自己的原创作品;(3)为了使辅导活动课在课程中顺利进行,需要制度性的补充,如提高专业咨询师的待遇、编制学校辅导课程等。结论:在研究结果的基础上,提出了小学课程(创意体验活动)辅导活动课顺利开展的政策方案。
