This research aim to find out the effect of student learning motivation and lecturers teaching performance on activness student in the online lectures. This research uses a quantitative paradigm with descriptive and verification types. The research population was students from the Halim Sanusi University – PUI Bandung, with a sample of 30 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires in the form of google form as the primary data source and the technical data analysis used simultaneous and partial path analysis.
