This research aim to find out the effect of student learning motivation and lecturers teaching performance on activness student in the online lectures. This research uses a quantitative paradigm with descriptive and verification types. The research population was students from the Halim Sanusi University – PUI Bandung, with a sample of 30 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires in the form of google form as the primary data source and the technical data analysis used simultaneous and partial path analysis. 摘要

新冠肺炎疫情对高校网络讲座的开展产生了影响和阻碍,尤其是学习质量下降,因此需要学生有较高的学习动机,教师有良好的教学表现,使学生在学习过程中更加主动。本研究旨在探讨学生的学习动机和讲师的教学表现对学生在网络课堂上学习积极性的影响。本研究采用描述性和验证性的定量范式。研究人群是来自万隆哈利姆萨努西大学的学生,样本为30名受访者。数据收集技术采用以google表格形式发放在线问卷作为主要数据源,技术数据分析采用同时路径分析和部分路径分析。结果表明,学生的学习动机和讲师的教学绩效同时对网络讲座中的主动性学生产生显著影响,并且学生的学习动机部分对网络讲座中的主动性学生产生显著影响,讲师的教学绩效部分对网络讲座中的主动性学生产生显著影响。
