知识管理(KM)已成为社会各类机构的基本流程。高校图书馆也是知识体系的重要组成部分，是促进知识发展的形式之一。本研究旨在找出达卡大学图书馆知识管理实践的挑战与机遇。具体目标是确定知识管理的图书馆专业人员对知识管理概念的理解，探索知识管理及其作用的概述，并确定知识管理在知识管理中没有正确实施知识管理的原因。采用了适当的方法。研究结果表明，有限的专业知识和缺乏明确的指导方针是在DUL中实施知识管理的主要挑战。
