摘要

研究了核径迹探测器CR-39的体蚀速率(VB)随化学腐蚀剂正态性的变化规律。采用去除厚度测量法确定整体蚀刻速率。用正态(4,5,6,7)N的NaOH水溶液在温度(70±1)oC下蚀刻探测器。结果表明,随着溶液正态度的增大,整体腐蚀速率呈指数增长,在正态度为(4、5、6、7)N时,其值分别为(0.687、1.421、0.954、2.082)µm/h。体蚀率与蚀刻剂正态态之间呈指数关系,其结果与其他正态态和其他测量方法的结果一致。
