Results: There was a statistically relevant association between Secondary Traumatic Stress and gender ( p = 0.03) and between Compassion Satisfaction, Burnout and Secondary Traumatic Stress ( p < 0.01; p = 0.002). 摘要

健康中的职业生活质量:重症监护病房的一项研究。目的:评价重症监护卫生专业人员的职业生活质量，分析其同情心满意度、职业倦怠和继发性创伤应激。检查职业倦怠和继发性创伤应激发生的危险因素。方法:对圣保罗市三级大学附属医院的四所icu进行调查研究。社会人口统计数据与ProQOL-BR工具一起使用。结果:继发性创伤应激与性别有显著相关(p = 0.03)，同情满意度、职业倦怠与继发性创伤应激有显著相关(p < 0.01);P = 0.002)。结论:被试职业生活质量存在不稳定性，职业倦怠和继发性创伤应激的危险因素与职业领域、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况和收入无关。
