摘要

本研究的目的是确定1)资产增长率对印尼证券交易所上市矿业公司资本结构的影响2)盈利能力对印尼证券交易所上市矿业公司资本结构的影响3)公司规模对印尼证券交易所上市矿业公司资本结构的影响。研究样本为2011-2014年前后在印尼证券交易所上市的76家矿业公司。本研究采用目的抽样方法。本研究采用的统计方法是多元回归。研究结果表明:(1)资产增长率对印尼证券交易所上市矿业公司的资本结构具有负向且不显著的影响;(2)盈利能力对印尼证券交易所上市矿业公司的资本结构具有负向且显著的影响;(3)企业规模对印尼证券交易所上市矿业公司的资本结构具有正向且显著的影响。
