The CNT fuses fabricated in this work had broad range of low rated current from 0.05 to 1.25 A by multiplying the CNT threads. 摘要

本文以碳纳米管(CNT)纤维为材料制备了一种适用于1 A以下低额定电流和4ms高速工作的微型保险丝。采用通用模块熔断器(UMF)的形式制作碳纳米管熔断器,通过增加碳纳米管螺纹定义不同直径的碳纳米管纤维。测量了碳纳米管熔断器的电学性能,如电阻、额定电流和随电流的工作时间。碳纳米管熔断器的电阻随熔断器直径的增大而减小,额定电流随熔断器直径的增大而增大。因此,随着碳纳米管熔断器直径的增加,带电流的操作时间也随之增加。通过增加碳纳米管螺纹,制备的碳纳米管熔断器具有0.05 ~ 1.25 A的宽额定电流范围。操作时间约为3.6ms,适用于UMF。
