摘要

本文在常规设计程序的基础上,提出了一种两级CMOS运算放大器的精确设计方法。采用精确的MOS模型,迭代地执行设计过程,消除了设计结果中存在的误差。用这种方法设计的放大器的规格与用户指定的值完全匹配。最后以0.18μm CMOS工艺为例,验证了该设计方法的有效性。
