摘要

针对汽车控制系统中减少线束和降低成本的需求,以PIC18F258为核心,集成CAN总线,设计了汽车电动窗电气控制系统,给出了硬件结构和软件流程图。通过对时间和采样电流的处理,可以判断汽车车窗是否遇到障碍物,实现车窗的防夹紧功能。与点对点控制相比,总线控制不仅减少了线束和成本,而且使控制更加灵活和快速。实验结果表明,该系统能够正常运行,具有性能可靠、成本低、功耗低、维护方便等优点。
