This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence between employee competency, employee discipline, and physical work environment on the service quality of Kendal Regency’s Population and Civil Registration Service. The population in this study were service user in the Kendal Regency Population and Civil Registry Service 115 respondents analyzed as samples using the iteration formula. Data collection methods were done by questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and percentage descriptive analysis. The result of this study indicate that employee competency, employee discipline, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the service quality. 摘要

公共服务是公共服务提供者按照法定规定为每一位公民和居民提供的商品、服务和/或行政服务,在满足服务需求的框架内的一种或一系列活动。本研究旨在探讨员工胜任力、员工纪律、工作环境三者对肯德尔regency.com人口与民事登记服务服务品质的同步与局部影响。本研究的人口是肯德尔县人口和民事登记处的服务用户,115名受访者作为样本使用迭代公式进行分析。数据收集方法采用问卷调查、观察、访谈和文献法。资料采用多元回归分析和百分比描述性分析。本研究结果显示,员工胜任力、员工纪律和物理工作环境对服务品质有显著的正向影响。员工胜任力对服务质量有正向显著影响,员工纪律对服务质量有正向显著影响,物理工作环境对服务质量有正向显著影响。
