Insuffisance osseuse verticale circonscrite de la région maxillaire postérieure corrigée par un comblement sinusien alloplastique pour un traitement implantaire
The partially vertical bone defect of the posterior maxilla has a residual alveolar length ranging from 4 to 9 mm. The current treatment combines sinus augmentation with different materials. As an alternative to autogenous bone, a Tricalciumphosphate Alpha to file the sinus is proposed. A study of over 15 cases for partial bone defect is achieved. No failures and no infection of Tricalciumphosphate Alpha were reported. Implant placements took place without complications.
