摘要

芋头是热带国家许多人的食物来源。使用生物技术生产种子是一种替代方法,可以获得更高植物检疫质量的繁殖材料。在芋头离体繁殖过程中,提高主要受微生物污染和繁殖系数低影响的方案的效率具有重要意义。在萌发阶段,2 ppm水溶臭氧浸泡15 min,芋头根尖分生组织萌发率达到100%,且微生物污染消除,外植体质量较好,继代培养增殖系数提高。采用的消毒策略使芋头外植体数量增加了三倍以上,提高了该过程的经济效率。
