This research was conducted on MSMEs in Palembang City. This research is quantitative, using primary data obtained through the deployment of the questionnaire, using the purposive sampling method. Then the data was analyzed using Smart-Pls help to test the effect of mediation. The results of the analysis show the ability of the organization influence the adoption of ICT, and the market environment has also influenced the adoption of ICT. 摘要

本研究旨在检验资讯通讯科技(ICT)创新在组织能力、市场环境与公司绩效之间的关系中所扮演的角色。在本研究中,仍有少数研究将组织的能力与市场环境之间通过信息通信技术的作用联系起来,以提高公司的绩效为动机。这项研究是在巨港市的中小微企业进行的。本研究是定量的,使用的是通过部署调查问卷获得的原始数据,采用的是有目的的抽样方法。然后使用Smart-Pls帮助对数据进行分析,检验中介的效果。分析结果表明,组织影响信息通信技术采用的能力,市场环境也会影响信息通信技术的采用。此外,ICT的作用能够成为组织能力和市场环境对公司绩效的联系。
