用化学和电解方法研究了Na3AlF6-SiO2-Al2O3体系熔体中不锈钢和nimni型合金的硅化物涂层。对于后者,发现在温度为1020℃,阴极电流密度为50-200 mA cm-2时,在阴极处形成明亮均匀的硅化物层,其平均成分近似于M3Si,具有良好的防腐性能(主要是钒腐蚀)。
