The first factor is the type of agricultural waste consists of three levels, namely (1) vegetable waste + pig waste, (2) vegetable waste + straw + pig waste, and (3) vegetable waste + straw + gamal leaves + pig waste. The second factor is the concentration of EM4 consists of three levels, namely the concentration of 5%, 10% and 15%. The results showed that there was a very significant interaction between types of agricultural waste with EM4 concentration on available P, organic C, pH, and total microbes with the best values of 333.38 ppm (very high), 1.95% (very low), 4.75 (acid), and 19.56 x 106 cfu ml-1. Vegetable waste + straw + gamal leaves + pig waste, and 10% EM4 concentration gave the best effect compared to other treatment combinations on nutrient content. 摘要

农业废弃物类型和Em4浓度对液体有机肥营养含量的影响农业废弃物没有得到最佳利用。该废弃物可作为液态有机肥,得到健康的农产品,且无农药残留。农业废弃物类型和EM4浓度是决定液体有机肥养分含量的主要因素。本研究的目的是获得农业废弃物类型、EM4浓度及其与液体有机肥养分含量的最佳交互作用。本研究采用随机区组设计,包括两个因素。第一个因素是农业废弃物类型由三个层次组成,即(1)蔬菜废弃物+猪废弃物,(2)蔬菜废弃物+秸秆+猪废弃物,(3)蔬菜废弃物+秸秆+甘麦叶+猪废弃物。第二个因素是EM4的浓度由三个水平组成,即5%、10%和15%的浓度。结果表明:EM4浓度对有效磷、有机碳、pH和总微生物的交互作用非常显著,最佳值分别为333.38 ppm(非常高)、1.95%(非常低)、4.75 ppm(酸性)和19.56 × 106 cfu ml-1。与其他处理组合相比,蔬菜废弃物+秸秆+贾麻叶+猪粪和10%的EM4浓度对养分含量的影响最好。建议用蔬菜废弃物+秸秆+甘麦叶+猪粪配制液体有机肥,EM4浓度为10%。
