The method used in this study uses the associative method. The population in this study were all employees of the Pagedangan Village Office, Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency. The number of samples used were 98 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership partially on the performance of employees of the Pagedangan Village Office, Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨领导与工作环境对坦格朗县巴格丹干区巴格丹干村办公室员工绩效的影响。本研究采用的方法是联想法。本研究的人口均为Tangerang县Pagedangan区Pagedangan村办事处的雇员。使用的样本数量为98名员工。数据分析方法采用多元线性回归。本研究结果显示，领导对丹格朗县巴格丹甘区巴格丹甘村办事处员工的绩效有部分正向显著影响。工作环境对Tangerang Regency Pagedangan District Pagedangan Village Office员工的绩效有部分显著影响。
