It was found that netiher of tested regimens of allogeneic transplantation of ADMSCs contributed to a decrease in the edema of the injured limb. Among the studied regimens, only a twofold administration of 0.25 • 106 ADMSCs exhibited an antinociceptive effect. Administration of 0.50 • 106 ADMSCs promoted the accelerated onset of neovascularization of tendon tissue, while enhancing inflammation and the formation of granulation tissue.
