Pavlova","doi":"10.31857/s020595920019409-5","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The article deals with the researches of the psychological structure of discourse in conditions of the development of information technologies, which are conducted in the Laboratory of speech psychology and psycholinguistics of the Institute of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Science. The characteristics of discourse approach is given, the current directions of research connected with various aspects of discourse and its functioning in society are described. The patterns of event discussions by Internet users and post-event discourse specifics, associated with the topic, the leading function, the interlocutors’ intentions, are considered. The approach to the study the subjectness of network communities by discursive indicators is presented, which reveals the subjectness of communities as a dynamic property directly related to the organization and level of development of network discourse. The results of study of the impact potential of the types of discourse, that are spreading, are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the data of study of the social media discourse in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, concerning the assessment of the psychological state of communi-cants and their current intentions, as well as ways to increase the effectiveness of information and psychological campaigns. Original methodological approaches of intent-analysis and content analysis are characterized, the growing importance of which is determined by the prospect of developing technologies for automatic pro-cessing of media content. © 2022, Russian Academy of Sciences.
