摘要
伯纳蒂克希菌是一种专性细胞内寄生虫,在世界范围内分布,是人类Q热的致病因子。本研究共采集了伊拉克南部Thi- Qar省Bent Al Huda医院流产妇女的47份血液样本。通过聚合酶链反应(PCR)“试验靶向”IS 1111和“com1基因”s。C。8例(17.02%)临床标本检出伯纳蒂菌,常与自然流产病例相关。对这种尚未被诊断为流产病原体的细菌及其在伊拉克的流行情况进行的首次研究没有进行研究。
