It is proposed to organize the collection of raw materials on the basis of the concept of the IoT, which combines technical solutions for obtaining information and strategies for its processing. Innovation in maximizing profits is the use of raw materials for biogas reactors of grain crops, the further cultivation of which is economically inappropriate. The predicted low quality of cereals is primarily due to a shortage of nitrogen feed, the assessment of which is proposed to be carried out with the help of UAV. The questions were concerning the metrological support of the sensory equipment with the use of cameras with standard and infra-red lenses are considered. A laboratory evaluation of spectral channels was performed on an example of a camera GoPro HERO4. Prospective indexes for cultivating crops are presented, for example, corn and continuous seeding on wheat. The expediency of using in the construction of stress indices for UAV integral indexes that takes into account both spectral and dimensional parameters of plantations of grain crops is proved. Separate consideration is given to the choice of the optimal routes for combines for harvesting plantings in fields based on electronic maps obtained with the use of UAVs.
