In this paper, sunflower seeds were primed with water and silver NPs produced with aminolevulinic acid (ALA) and Mimusops Coriacea leaves extract, both synthesized by the photoreduction method. The fluorescence spectra and decay time of the chlorophyll extract of seedlings ten days after nanopriming were measured. The results indicated that silver NPs increased seed germination, seedling growth, and chlorophyll production compared to water-primed seeds.
