However, In the OFDM/OQAM-PON system, the intrinsic imaginary interference(IMI) induced by the chromatic dispersion (CD) and polarization mode dispersion (PMD) undermines the system performance. In this paper, we proposed least mean square channel estimation(LMS-CE) algorithm, which not only effectively improves channel estimation performance, but also mitigates the IMI effect.
