The objective of this study was to investigate the factors and interventions that influence the sex lives of employed women.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>In this study, articles published in Google Scholar PubMed, Web of Sciences, Science direct, Scopus, Iranmedex, Magiran and SID Searches were collected using the following keywords: female employees, sex life, sexual health, sexual dysfunction, sexual function, quality of sex life, marital satisfaction, educational programs and educational interventions, and their English equivalents. 摘要
背景和目的增加妇女在劳动力市场中的社会存在是影响就业妇女性生活的因素之一,努力提高她们的性生活质量是必不可少的必需品之一。本研究旨在探讨影响职场女性性生活的因素及干预措施。方法本研究收集在Google Scholar PubMed、Web of Sciences、Science direct、Scopus、Iranmedex、Magiran和SID Searches中发表的文章,检索关键词为:女性员工、性生活、性健康、性功能障碍、性功能、性生活质量、婚姻满意度、教育项目和教育干预及其英文对等词。在评估期间,纳入了2010-2020年期间在国内外完成的13篇文章。结果将13项研究的结果归纳为两大类:有利于职业女性性生活的因素(8篇)和有利于工薪女性性生活的措施(5篇)。结论以个体心理为基础,采取不同方式进行干预和培训,可以有效地发展夫妻关系,从而改善职业女性的性生活。
