LIF is highly expressed in colo-rectal cancer, breast cancer, malignant melanoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other malignant tumors. High expression of LIF can promote the development of cancer, increase the ability of tumor invasion and migration, reduce the sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and lead to poor prognosis. 摘要

白血病抑制因子(Leukemia inhibitory factor, LIF)是一种多功能的分泌性细胞因子,通过janus激酶/信号转导因子和转录激活因子3、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶、丝裂原激活蛋白激酶等信号通路在不同的肿瘤组织和细胞中发挥作用。LIF在结直肠癌、乳腺癌、恶性黑色素瘤、鼻咽癌等恶性肿瘤中高表达。LIF的高表达可促进肿瘤的发展,增加肿瘤的侵袭和迁移能力,降低放化疗的敏感性,导致预后不良。阻断LIF信号通路可抑制肿瘤进展,LIF有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。关键词:肿瘤;白血病抑制因子;STAT3转录因子
