With the knowledge and experience in infection prevention and control (PPI), sometimes concerns persist but they must remain alert to the possibility of a bad infection. This study with the quantitative type of cross-sectional design analytics, respondents 73 people consisting of nurse paramedics and midwives with research sites at Aisyiyah Hospital and Muhammadiyah Hospital, research time in November 2020. The data collection method uses google form questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques, data analysis using Pearson correlation and regression tests. The results of the analysis are that there is no relationship between PPI experience and mental readiness to deal with Covid-19 for health workers, double regression test percentage of estimated contributions given to Percentage value of 17.3% is the PPI training experience factor that affects mental readiness, while 82.7% due to other factors. The results of the study showed some health workers have a good level of mental readiness in dealing with covid-19 is a benchmark success of the hospital team to cover mental health for health workers in hospital environment.
