The operation principle of the piezoelectric accelerometer is firstly introduced and the natural frequency is obtained. Then, the vibration model of the comparison calibration is established and the mounted resonance frequency of the calibrated sensitivity is derived. The entire resonance frequency is achieved which is based on the deduced general form of the relative motion of the comparison calibration. The mounted resonance frequency is close to the entire resonance frequency at low mounted stiffness and approaches to the natural frequency as the mounted stiffness increases. The experimental results demonstrate that the mounted resonance frequency increases with the mounted stiffness.
