This work is proposed algorithm that has used a discrete wavelet transform (DWT) to divide the image into two parts, this will be increasing the manipulation speed of biometric images that are of the big sizes.This work has included two tasks ; the first designs the LabVIEW system to calculate and present the approximation coefficients, by which the image's blur factor reduced to minimum value accord ing to the proposed algorithm.
