摘要

采用分散聚合法制备了聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅-钛酸钡纳米复合材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、x射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅-钛酸钡纳米复合材料的形貌、结构和尺寸。结果表明,二氧化硅-钛酸钡纳米复合材料表面覆盖了一层薄聚合物,层厚约为10 nm,纳米复合材料部分形状接近球形。制备纳米复合粒子时,BaTiO3的晶体结构稳定,无机相与聚合物基体之间形成化学键。
