Método de Exibição Dinâmica de Tarefas para Laboratórios Químico-Analíticos
Laboratories play an important role in quality assurance in verifying the constituents of products made by food industries. Sometimes, lots of the products remain stocked in distribution and shipping sectors waiting for the results to be issued by the laboratories, since the chemical-analytical evaluation is a requirement of regulatory agencies. In order to reduce delays in chemical analysis and for including the laboratory in the Industry 4.0 and Analytics concepts, this study was developed with the objective of developing a method to assist consultation and prioritization of services present in a laboratory environment. Considering that the company and laboratory in question have a system with data storage, a dynamic display of services was created with the support of VBA programming. The system includes the provision of three screens to the employees, which are constantly updated with visual information from analytical tests and ordered by their delivery time, the priority test considering its processing time and time remaining until the deadline, and performance indicators of the department. The low cost application reported in the present project, was verified in August 2020 and it was possible to achieve that with the help of the dynamic display it was possible to recover a situation of delays in reaching delivery targets. The project has potential for reproduction in other laboratories, considering the easy replicability in other units of the company.
