Organization culture, job satisfaction as an independent variable in analyzing organization commitment variables. While other variables namely innovative performance as the dependent variable. Sampling technique in this study was to use a census method with a total of 98 respondents, while those collected were 82 questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Finding of this study found that organizational culture and job satisfaction have positive relationship on organization commitment. 摘要

本研究旨在测量东南苏拉威西省Kolaka区Kolaka国立职业高中教师的创新绩效。本研究使用的变量包括组织文化、工作满意度、组织承诺和创新绩效。组织文化、工作满意度作为自变量分析组织承诺变量。而其他变量即创新绩效作为因变量。本研究的抽样方法是采用普查法,共调查对象98人,共回收问卷82份。本研究的数据分析使用智能PLS(偏最小二乘法)。本研究发现组织文化、工作满意度对组织承诺有正向影响。此外,组织文化、工作满意度和组织承诺对创新绩效有正向影响。
