Alternatively, the decrease in the absorbance of permanganate ion after addition of the drug was measured at 525 nm. Calibration graphs in both procedures were linear over the concentration range 10-40 μg/mL. The different experimental parameters affecting the development and stability of the colours were carefully studied and optimized. 摘要
