In this connection disordered crystals with Ca-gallogermanate structure are one of the most appropriate laser materials with broad (about 4 nm) lasing spectum [1]. Previously it was shown that Nd:La3Ga5.5Nb0.5O14 crystal like other crystals of Ca-gallogermanate group has unique combination of their physical properties [2].
