The empirical data collects through 237 questionnaires surveyed by civil servants working at the Fisheries Sub-Department of Thai Binh Province. The study applies exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling to evaluate the relationship between psychological capital, organisational commitment, and job satisfaction of civil servants. The analysis results show a direct impact of psychological capital on organisational commitment, and psychological capital has an indirect effect on job satisfaction. The results also show a correlation between organisational commitment and job satisfaction.
