Data was collated from the daily operational log books of five feeders emanating from the Transmission Company of Nigeria, Benin City, Nigeria. The reliability indices have been calculated and the results interpreted using a spreadsheet. A mathematical model has also been developed for the network using the curve fitting tool in the MATLAB (2013) environment and a corresponding Simulink model was eventually developed from the mathematical model.
