The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Nala Husada Dental and Oral Hospital Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative method approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to 36 employees of the Nala Husada Dental and Oral Hospital in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling analysis using Partial Least Square. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在分析组织文化和组织承诺对工作满意度的影响,分析组织文化和组织承诺对组织公民行为的影响,以及分析工作满意度对组织公民行为的影响。这类研究是采用定量方法的解释性研究。数据收集方法是向泗水Nala Husada牙科和口腔医院的36名员工分发问卷。数据分析采用偏最小二乘结构方程建模分析技术。研究结果表明,组织文化对工作满意度有显著影响。组织承诺对工作满意度无显著影响。组织文化和组织承诺对组织公民行为有显著影响。工作满意度对泗水娜拉胡萨达口腔医院组织公民行为有显著影响。关键词:组织文化;组织承诺、工作满意度;与组织公民行为
