A revolution in the management of acute abdominal organ injuries has occurred in recent decades, with major advancements in outcomes and a shift away from required surgery. Objectives: To present our experience in non-operative management of blunt liver trauma patients in Qena University Hospital. Patients and methods : This prospective cohort study was conducted at general surgery department. The study included 50 patients admitted to the emergency department with blunt liver trauma. The duration of the study ranged from august 2021 to july 2022 .
