In the present paper, a method of computer simulation is proposed for the analysis of the tightening tension wave at a very low sewing speed. The outline of this method is as follows: A simulation was done by using a simplified model for sewing mechanism. 摘要

单针平缝机缝纫时,针线上产生的紧紧张力波对针脚的紧紧情况有明显的影响。通过计算机模拟,试图阐明拧紧张力波产生的基本机理。本研究由两部分组成。本文是其中的第一篇。本文提出了一种计算机模拟的方法来分析极低缝纫速度下的拧紧张力波。该方法的概要如下:采用简化模型对缝制机构进行了仿真。模型中张力的计算基于弹性定律,其中根据螺纹牵拉杆螺纹孔的摩擦效应计算分为以下两种情况;1)收线杆螺纹孔作为固定端,螺纹在此端不因摩擦而移动,2)螺纹受摩擦而移动。
