The optimal conditions were that the reaction time, the quantity of the basic catalyzer, the quantity of modifier and the volume of reaction solvent were 40 min, 1.0, 1.0, and 40 mL, respectively. 摘要

报道了一种利用氢硫化物基团对上转换发光材料进行表面改性的新方法。考察了反应时间、催化剂和改性剂用量、反应溶剂用量等因素对改性效果的影响。反应时间为40 min,碱性催化剂用量为1.0 mL,改性剂用量为1.0 mL,反应溶剂用量为40 mL。结果表明,改性后的上转化发光材料表面氢硫化物基团含量可达0.1430 mmol/g,该改性后的上转化发光材料可广泛用于蛋白质结构和微环境性质的研究。
