The storage problems of the four trace amount of gas reference materials had been considered and solved while the short-term and long-term stability, pressure stability of the gas reference materials were taken into account as the test index. It had been showed that the standard uncertainties of the four kinds of gas reference material were all less than 0.2 %, and the consistency of material, long-term stability in 6 months and the uniformity of them all behaved well, which had met the state second-grade reference. 摘要

制备含有微量sf6特征分解组分的标准气体材料是在线监测sf6绝缘电气设备的首要任务。利用定量方法制备了4种标准气体基准物质,分别命名为CO2/SF6、CF4/SF6、SOF2/SF6、SO2F2/SF6,并对SF6的4种主要分解组分CO2、CF4、SOF2和SO2F2进行了定量定标。考虑并解决了四种微量气体标准物质的储存问题,同时考虑了气体标准物质的短期稳定性和长期稳定性、压力稳定性作为测试指标。结果表明,四种气体标准物质的标准不确定度均小于0.2%,物质的一致性、6个月的长期稳定性和均匀性均表现良好,符合国家二级标准。由此制备的标准气体参比物质可用于SF6特征分解组分的定量定标。
