We succeeded in transferring graphene onto perovskite layer by using a vacuum bonding machine. The conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cells using graphene achieved power conversion efficiency of 7.1%. Graphene cells showed higher stability than spiro-OMeTAD cells after light irradiation at high humidity.
