The author of the article sees the logic of implementing a comprehensive, in a theoretical and practical sense, task in a systematic approach: identifying reliable data on the state of legal competence of teachers-students of this course; using didactic tools that expand the space of the legal culture of the individual; extrapolating legal knowledge to the practice of the educational process. The need to address the study of the problem of improving the legal competence of teachers is caused by the fact that in the modern world the issue of legal education of teachers is relevant, because, as the experience of working at the Faculty of additional Education shows, teachers do not fully possess basic knowledge about the institutions and tools of the legal field, without knowing the content of legal norms. In the article, the author, based on the reliability of the facts of the above phenomenon, shows possible approaches to eliminating the noted shortcomings in the conditions of teaching a teacher at the Faculty of additional education. 摘要

本文探讨了在高等教育学院“教育领域的法律规制”课程中提高教师法律能力的实践可能性。本文的作者认为,以系统的方式实施一项全面的、具有理论意义和实践意义的任务的逻辑是:确定该课程师生法律胜任能力状况的可靠数据;运用拓展个人法律文化空间的教学工具;将法律知识外推到教育过程的实践中。之所以需要研究提高教师法律能力的问题,是因为在现代世界,教师的法律教育问题是相关的,因为正如在补充教育学院工作的经验所表明的那样,教师并不完全掌握法律领域的制度和工具的基本知识,也不了解法律规范的内容。在文章中,作者根据上述现象的事实的可靠性,提出了消除附加教育学院教师教学条件中所指出的缺点的可能方法。因此,笔者论证了通过高等师范学院学生培训制度提高教师法律素养的重要性。
