摘要

针对具有多纵向不连续的高折射率反差等离子体波导,提出了阻塞舒尔有限元双向光束传播方法。采用新的block Schur算法精确地计算了出现在不连续部分的特征矩阵的平方根,与Schur算法相比,仅通过串行实现就可以节省约60%的执行时间。本文提出的BS-FE-BiBPM克服了传统的基于pad近似的bibpm在处理等离子体器件时的稳定性和精度问题,这主要是由于对瞬变波和表面波进行了物理处理。
