If they have a certain concept of human rights, the next question is whether or not it resembles that of the Universal Declaration. The writer finds it still difficult to build a bridge between universality and relativity of human rights concepts. 摘要

随着1948年《世界人权宣言》的发表,人权问题是纳粹时代的产物。从定义上讲,人权应该是普遍的。不结盟国家普遍认为人权是西方的概念。这篇文章的作者被质疑其他文化是否有人权的概念。如果他们有一定的人权概念,下一个问题是它是否与《世界人权宣言》的概念相似。笔者认为,在人权概念的普遍性和相对性之间建立起一座桥梁仍然很困难。最后,笔者得出结论:文化相对性是真实的、不可否认的事实。
